Häuser have recently been selected to deliver three additional detached plots for an existing customer on their new development in Longton. This latest appointment builds on a strong working relationship and reflects the client’s confidence in Häuser’s design-led, timber frame approach.
The site comprises three detached homes based on a house type that had previously been designed and supplied by Häuser. As a repeat design, the project benefited from a streamlined pre-construction phase, allowing the team to progress efficiently from appointment to site readiness.
As the homes were an established Häuser design, the design stage was significantly accelerated, with drawings and technical details already proven. This also led to faster planning and building control approvals.

Why this is an advantage to the customer:

For this phase, the customer selected Option B2 – Häuser timber frame build-up. This solution offers excellent thermal performance, precision off-site manufacture, and rapid on-site erection, supporting both quality and programme certainty.
By reusing a trusted house type and combining it with Häuser’s Option B2 timber frame system, the customer has been able to capitalise on speed, efficiency, and confidence—maximising value while maintaining the high design standards expected across the Longton development.
